Traffic Alert - SR 99 Closure

Seattle's SR 99 will close permanently for approximately three weeks starting January 11, 2019. Also known as the Alaska Way Viaduct, SR 99 ran through downtown Seattle. WSDOT has warned that the closure will disrupt local and regional traffic patters. We advise you plan your trip to Cinerama accordingly during this three-week period.

Adjust your travel times & know before you go

Before you travel, check current travel times and stay engaged. Use WSDOT's online commute calculator, SDOT's traveler information map, or other real-time traffic tools to find out when you need to leave to arrive at your destination on time.
