Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Once your card has been validated, you will be contacted about the status of your refund and the remaining balance. All refunds will be issued by check 30 days from when we notify you. They will be mailed to the address you provide us.
Q: I have multiple gift cards. Do I need to submit a form for each?
A: Yes, please submit a form for each purchased gift card.
Q: I do not have the physical gift card, am I still able to get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we need the gift card number on the physical (or digital) card to validate any remaining funds.
Q: I have a complimentary movie pass, is that a gift card?
A: Complimentary movie passes are not gift cards and are non-refundable.
Q: Is Cinerama merchandise for sale?
A: Cinerama merchandise is not for sale at this time.
